Meet the Partners

Constance Reynolds holds a B.S. Degree from San Francisco State University. She is in charge of new acquisitions for the Company. Constance maintains the liaison between sellers and selling agents in order to maximize SolRey Properties' exposure to new buying opportunities. She also oversees the professional property managers in regards to tenant relations. She makes sure all rents are at market and that vacant properties are turned over and rented in a timely manner. She is involved in the negotiations of all new properties.

Doug Solis Certified Public Accountant, graduated with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University. He was a partner in a local CPA firm for ten years until his retirement in 2001. He handles the financing and accounting aspects for all our properties, including monthly detailed reviews of statements from our property managers. He also locates new properties, analyzes them for profit and loss and is instrumental in deal negotiations.

Kimberly Solis retired in 2005 with over 30 years of banking experience.

Doug, Kimberly and Constance are all involved, on a full-time basis, in actively seeking and analyzing new properties that fit our strict investment guidelines.
